Established LUSU Organization's Office in March 2009 along Kabale Katuna Road, in Mwanjari, Southern Division, Kabale Municipality
Carried out massive voluntary mobilization of Members between March and August 2009 and streamlined guidance for the infinity registration of new members to date.
Established and maintaining the Kabale Hospital Project since March 2011 to date while feeding the malnourished children in the Pediatric/Children's Ward with milk and other supplements, and manning the Hospital Agricultural garden and feeding/diet demonstration for the parents of the malnourished children.

Started a Cosmetology project in October 2014 that for equiping vulnerable youth and women in hair cutting, hair dressing and hair designs. LUSU Management assesses the potentials of better candidates with key family responsibilities and awards them with tools and equipments to use in their career and livelihood developments. Any support for this project means a lot for such vulnerable members of our community.
Established and maintained for improved livelihoods through sustainable lake transport, health care, savings and credit schemes, eco-tourism, educational support and cultural enhancement organised at the Paradise Eco-Hub, Itambira Island, Lake Bunyonyi since June 2010 to date at Lake Bunyonyi. You can support us with life jackets, vocational tools and equipments and transform lives.
The agro-forestry project for Lake Bunyonyi conservation area, soil erosion and silt control from the world's unique lake ecosystem and enhancing food security
Feeding the pregnant women and young vulnerable children convicted with their mothers at Ndorwa Government Prison in Kabale district.
Lusu Initiated a mashroom project since May 2015 to help to increase food production and generation of income especially amoung youth and women in vulnerable households in Kigezi Sub-Region.
Kigezi Youth Development SACCO initiated in March 2016 with an aim of financially facilitating the youth in Kigezi Sub-Region in South Western Uganda for realised self independence and future sustainability as responsible citizens.
